Refunds are considered only for service charges, not for hardware parts purchased or third-party software.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

Services were not performed as promised or were incomplete due to our error.
There was a billing error, such as double charging.
The customer cancels a service request before work begins.
Refunds are not provided for:
Service dissatisfaction due to device limitations or manufacturer defects beyond our control.
Parts purchased for repairs, consumables, or accessories.
Services fully completed as agreed without technical faults.

Invoice or receipt number
Details explaining the reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
